General Terms and Conditions


By placing an order on our website, the customer accepts our general terms and conditions of sale.

Our general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders, deliveries of products, sales and invoices. Any conflicting terms in the order or approval of the customer will not be taken into account, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written mutual agreement.

Images, drawings, size and weight specifications are not binding and are intended to give an idea of ​​the product; small differences may not give rise to a return.
The contents of the boxes are for illustration purposes only, the boxes are sold without the jewelry.
We do our utmost to keep the website up to date and accurate, if the customer has specific questions please contact customer service.

After placing an order on the website, an overview of your order will be sent by email. This is a confirmation that your order has been received.
If the order cannot be processed, A Plus will let you know as soon as possible.

Delivery of the ordered products is considered binding once an order confirmation has been provided.
Should there be a price change due to increased production or material costs or because an error has been made in the calculation, A Plus reserves the right to change the price and notify the customer before delivery.
If for any reason A Plus Supplies decides to cancel the order, no liability can be attributed to our company for any costs or losses resulting from this.

The customer must check the order confirmation immediately upon receipt. If the order confirmation does not correspond to the order, the customer is expected to contact our company immediately.

If an order confirmation has not been received or if the customer experiences an error message or interruption during the ordering process, the customer is responsible for checking whether the order has actually been received and accepted.

Deliveries:
A plus Supplies cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if no order confirmation has been received.

Orders are delivered ex-works unless otherwise agreed.
The delivery costs in Belgium are € 9.95 ex VAT, for larger and bulky packaging higher costs may be charged. This will always be communicated in advance.

The delivery period is given approximately and is not binding. A plus cannot be held liable if there is a delay in delivery. Exceeding the period cannot give rise to cancellation of the order.

Payment terms:
Payments are made online when ordering in a secure payment platform with a payment card of the customer's choice.

Damaged products or incomplete shipments:
The customer is obliged to report any damage, missing or incorrectly delivered goods to us as soon as possible and within 7 days of receipt.
After this period, no more complaints can be accepted.

Returns:
Goods can only be returned after written approval from A plus, in the original packaging and undamaged.
The buyer is obliged to handle these items with care and return them in outer packaging to prevent damage.
The risk and costs of a return shipment are for the account of the customer, unless this is due to an error by Aplus Supplies.
Products specially ordered for the customer cannot be returned.
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment and if it is in good condition, the amount paid will be refunded.

The general conditions are subject to Belgian law. Only the Court of Antwerp is competent to resolve any disputes that cannot be settled amicably.
